8 Day excursion with ahmed

1. Day Settle in
Ahlan wa Sahlan – a heartfelt welcome in Cairo!
We pick you up at the airport and accompany you to your hotel.
Check-in and depending on the time a small meal. Make use of the time and settle in to refresh yourself. Cairo the 23 Mio metropole is awaiting you!
In the evening we meet you at the lobby again, we will have dinner onboard of a Nile ship. Also, you will enjoy an oriental belly dance show.

2. Day Cairo sightseeing
After breakfast we cannot wait to visit the new Egyptian Museum together with you – the dimensions and exhibition are simply breath-taking! Furthermore, we have a visit of the citadel of Saladin in our program – one of the very few preserved fortresses and an iconic monument in Cairo.
In the evening we will explore the world of Arabian Nights. Get charmed by the atmosphere of the old Souk Khan el-Khalili!

3. Day Pyramids and trip to Siwa
Today we have an early start. After breakfast we will visit the Pyramids of Giza and we go inside the middle one as well. There we will have time for a meditation and to recharge your batteries with the special energy of this meaningful place. Blockages can be dissolved and allow your energy to flow freely again. Full of energy we enjoy a lunch near the Pyramids before heading to the Oasis of Siwa. It will take us approximately 7.5 hours by car with a 30-minute break.

We expect to arrive around 08:00pm and one of the first things in Siwa will be to enjoy a cosy bath in the hot sulphuric waters – amid the golden dunes. What a treat for your body and soul!

4. Day Salt Cave and the white desert
After breakfast a Bedouin is awaiting us; he will show us around the old town of Siwa whilst telling us its history. After the tour we will visit Cleopatras bath and between 11:00am and 01:00pm we will indulge in the saline lakes ourselves.
Next stop is at the Salt Cave where we have a full hour to enjoy the benefits salt offers on the immune, nervous, and lymphatic systems also reducing stress, besides energetically cleaning your spirit and soul.
At around 02:30pm it is time for a Bedouin lunch and around 03:00 pm we head to the great white desert where we will spend the night in a tent. Above us the dreamlike starry sky surrounded by pure nature!

5. Day A Day in the desert
Did the first shafts of sunlight wake you up? After breakfast camels will bring us from one wadi to the next one. The whole day is in the subject of various excursions – take potluck by what we have organized for you! Later in the evening we get back to the hotel in Siwa.

6. Day Siwa – Alexandria
After having breakfast in this beautiful Oasis, we head to Alexandria – we have a drive through the desert towards the 2nd biggest city in Egypt which is also called Pearl of the Mediterranean. Alexandria has been founded by Alexander the Great 332 BC and the port flatters with Greek-Roman buildings and historic cafés.
Once arrived we check-in at the hotel. After a lunch at the hotel, we will enjoy a nice and relaxing evening.

7. Day Mediterranean Sea
Start the day with an appetizing breakfast at your hotel. Today you are in the driver’s seat regarding your program – the full day is at your disposal. What about a day at the beach?

8. Day More Time at your disposal
Enjoy a delicious breakfast and get ready for another beautiful day! What would you like to do today? Do you feel like exploring – formerly named Paris of the East and known for being tolerant, cosmopolitan, and sophisticated or do you feel rather enjoying another day at the beach? Make your choice and spend another delightful day under the Egyptian sun.

9. Day Home- or onward journey
Either you are heading home today, or you have extended your stay in a nice hotel. Either way we are more than happy to organise your transfer – just let us know in time.
